Unlimited Services Systems Management and Consultants, Inc., (hereafter referred to as USSMC, Inc.) was founded in 1985 and established in 1991 by Ms. Brenda A. Campbell, MSW, MBA, President, and CEO. As of January 2024, USSMC celebrated its thirty-four (34) years in business. This organization was established as a minority veteran woman-owned small economically disadvantaged small business on the premise of providing professional, competent solutions through an array of innovative, unique strategies and forums to alleviate risks, barriers, and issues to workplace productivity and performance requirements of our unique customer base.

USSMC Corporate Goals

Not only is USSMC planning to continue its pursuit of federal, state, and local government pursuits but also to identify opportunities that will help the Veteran Community. One of our primary critical goals of the company is to continue marketing its USSMC’s Training Education Development Business Academy (TEDBA), the USSMC’s Veteran Training Development Business Academy (VTEDBA), Veterans Training Education Career Academy (VTEDCA) programs (train, develop and hire) veterans and to aggressively pursue business opportunities that will allow veterans/service-disabled veterans to gain experience as an employee or gain experience as an entrepreneur.

We also will target all agencies where our past performance has been exhibited previously and identify other businesses that are now in the SBA’s 8(a) small business development program that USSMC can mentor or serve as a subcontractor with. USSMC will also continue to prime and team with other business teaming partners. As we market to these agencies, we will incorporate a savings, a streamlined approach, best value and business results that will continue to help our customers to justify their critical existence during these most difficult economic times and yet meet various CFRs or Memorandums.

In many of the Federal Government Agencies, USSMC has found that the organizations operate in a very reactionary mode as oppose to a proactive mode. We seek a national presence throughout the United States and abroad to attract funders that would support our efforts to address many of the critical needs of this country and abroad and yet generate legacies for other companies and individuals to follow.

As a diversified progressive management consulting, logistical support, training, information technology/information assurance, and engineering services company, our services offered supports the civilian and military government management’s strategic and tactical planning needs, decision-making, organizational development, human resource development, business operations and development, training development, conference/meeting/events services engineering (housing technical support services) and information technology solutions at a competitive, yet reasonable cost.

USSMC Professional Service Methodology

USSMC operates from both a soft and hard side service methodology in our delivery of system infrastructure building solutions, and business and organizational best practices. Our professional team’s expertise possesses backgrounds in business administration, social services management, management consulting, training, finance and banking, program / acquisition support engineering, healthcare support services and information technology.

The soft side offers management consulting, training, logistical support and other management services to address human resource development, business and organizational development.

Initially, our hard side services offered by USSMC addressed general Information Technology requirements relating to all facets of customer programming, information security, disaster recovery, application, software and hardware development needs. As our customer demands and priorities have changed, we have enhanced our services by offering social media, web streaming/webinars, internet and web-based support solutions including cloud computing.
