Brenda A. Campbell, MSW/MBA 


Ms. Campbell is a 29-year senior level executive - President/CEO of Unlimited Services Systems Management and Consultants, Inc. (USSMC) since 1985 and incorporated her business in 1991. USSMC is a minority veteran (VIP and former U.S. Small Business 8(a) Business Development Graduate), who is now a certified economically disadvantaged woman owned small business. USSMC provides Professional, Information Technology, Engineering and Business Operational Services to federal, state, local government, commercial and profit organizations.

During Ms. Campbell’s tenure as a 35-year senior management executive consultant, executive coach, certified program/project manager, nationally recognized senior trainer and former federal contracts officer, she delivers mission-critical results for all levels of multiple projects. Bill Robinson, Executive Vice President

Bill Robinson, has served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer of USSMC, since 2008. Mr. Robinson is a valuable asset to the company and oversees the Program Operations areas of the Company. He is a well-rounded senior level manager and self motivated professional. Bill's core skill sets are strategic, systematic, and technical. Mr. Robinson has demonstrated leadership in program and project management development, team building, mentorship, and participatory team management resulting in highly productive and effective team performance: progressive development of USSMC’s Program/Project Management arm of the company with Federal Government civilian and Department of Defense clients, business customers and core and key personnel for various projects. is responsible for overall stakeholder interaction and interfacing including government sponsors, collaborative partners, prime contractors, sub contractors, and vendors as required by each project. Plan and prepare project work, budgets, personnel, scheduling, resource allocations, processes and policies, oversee procurements, staff development, problem resolution, quality standards and performance compliance. Mr. Robinson has 17 years of Project Management experience.

Maintains an Associate Degree from Bryant and Stratton College, Richmond, VA, Information Technology with strong emphasis in project management of enterprise wide architectural related systems for financial and banking institutions in various legacy systems and other financial applications.

Program Project Management Training:  USSMC’s Training Division, Project Management Courses and US Small Business Administration Training Offerings, ASTD Training and a variety of Leadership Program Courses. Mr. Robinson has also served as a Program/Project Manager for USSMC. Currently and in the past he has provided oversight, quality assurance, monitoring, status, and final reporting for project management team on several USSMC customer projects related conference planning to include the SBA, US Department of Health and Human Services SAMHSA’s PATH Program and US Department of Homeland Security and various small businesses.

Bill manages all training requirements for the SBA training programs. Managed last two and four day annual PATH Grantee Meetings at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC, Managed Industry Day Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC and the Acquisitions Day Seminar Conference at Fort Belvoir in Virginia. Hosted, managed, and performed various functions such as statistical reporting, website development, travel / hotel arrangements, audio visual / webcasting, and technical support.

Served also as Project Manager for US Department of Defense (Bolling AFB, Andrews AFB, and Langley AFB) on facility management requirements including software engineering, installation, requirements, systems analysis, evaluative reports, programming design, testing, scheduling and interface protocols for web-based systems and technical support requirements. He also oversees small business support areas for VDOT.

Mr. Robinson is a graduate of Bratton and Stratton in the Information Technology area.
