7(j) Management and Technical Assistance Services
The purpose of this 7(j) program is to provide innovative, one-on-one, in-person, or a combination of appropriate management and technical assistance, and training to guide eligible small business concerns under this special program.

In order for you to participate as a small business in this program, you must first complete the two forms cited below. The first form is the SBA Registration & Training Form. This form will allow you the registrant to provide information regarding your organization and your ability to select your classes per training, and per instructor.
The second form is provided to you, so we can utilize it to receive pertinent information regarding your progress as well as an evaluation of the quality of each class.
We also desire to provide you with a better understanding of how to plan, how to organize, how to staff, how to coordinate, how to order the necessary supplies and/or services, how to report, how to budget, how to evaluate the impact and results of your success both currently and in the future. Therefore, there is a series of questions that we desire for you to answer, so we may collect pertinent data, to help you develop successful projected milestones, timelines, program accomplishments and activities for your company as well as for the SBA.
Our seasoned instructors above are also available on a first come, first serve basis to provide technical assistance to you. At the end of these registration form there is a place for you to request your technical assistance needs from each of the the three instructors. We wish you the best in all of your endeavors.

USSMC has trained over 15,500 small businesses, 64,000 Federal Employees, and over 5,000 veterans. USSMC trainers continues to work with several small businesses, United States Veterans Affairs, Virginia Union University, the St. Paul Baptist Church, The Trinity Baptist Church, the Beulah Baptist Church, Hampton Roads Urban League and Hampton University, Dallas, Texas' SBDC. USSMC President and CEO currently serves under the leadership of the Bishop, Elder, Overseer as the business team lead for the economic development ministry at Mt Gilead FGIM. We served as members of the Small Business Subcommittee where we advocated for change in legislation for the Women-Owned Small Business and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business set-aside certification program at the Canon Office Building. As a result of our effort along with 20 other small businesses, President Barack Obama confirmed and approved of both women certification programs in February 2011. This effort resulted in the approval for this certification, not only in the federal government sector but also in state, local, county, and city government organizations.
